Chest workout for girls
Girls
are always trying to make their upper body in shape.And they do a lot of
workout for it.This article will help you to make your upper body tight ,toned
and sexy.Girls have the question in her mind like breast will not be smaller?this
is totally based on your diet ,the size of your breast depends on the fat you
are consuming daily. Will the chest raise higher? Yes, the amount muscles in
the breast are higher if you do chest wokout regularly than these muscles will
be tight and it will look bigger.So let's start with some basic exercises of
the chest to make your chest tight and sexy .
The
first step is warm up exercises
warm up- you can do cycling or rope jumping
because it is easily available in the gym

Flat bench press- most common and
effective exercise of the chest which helps to improve your chest muscles
How to do:Lie down on a bench with straight
back, abs tight and shoulder should be
back.Now take dumbbells in your hands and raise them upward,now bring your
wrist near your chest as much as you can then raise your hand again in the
upwards direction your hand must be straight
Incline dumbbell flye- is most popular chest
exercise ,it helps to develop the chest shape and muscles

to do:
lie down on the bench ,keep your back flat on the bench,put dumbbells in your
hands,and raise your hand above the chest,and palm facing.

must be tight,now roll the downward and make a large curve ,slightly bend you
elbow and get back into the rest positio
Incline dumbbell press- require an incline bench
and it directly affects on upper chest muscles which makes you chest tighten
How to do : it is similar to flat
bench press but with a different angle.Lie down on an incline bench,your back
should be straight and chest are up ,shoulders are back,abs must be tight,now
take dumbbells in your hand and raise your hand upward straightly ,and raise
down back slowly near your chest
Incline pushup- is a great exercise to
build up muscles and stamina .It makes direct and high pressure on your
chest.For stability, you can use bench or a ball while performing these pushups
How to do: take incline position on your
object ,tight you toe,back should be straight,and go down slowly,look straight
and come up into rest position.
