How to do: In Russian twist you have to sit on the floor and bend your knees slightly with flat feet,sit straight don't bend your backbone ,hold your both hand together must be straight and in the level of your nipples or rib cage,take a breath try take your tummy inside and then start twisted your upper body toward left,rest place than right
