Running- is the best way to lose fat,it reduces lower belly,but I guess you are thinking how it will help us for perfect legs.Running is an overall exercise of your body.Its effects & help to build strong thighs,calves,butts,shoulder,chest,abdominal.Running help to maintain a good stamina level,it purifies your blood,reduces bad fat,protects you from heart diseases.so basically it is a good warm up exercise which you have to do regularly if you want a toned and tight body 


Cycling- is also a best warm up exercise which helps you to reduce fat and burn calories fastly.As well as it helps you in the build muscles.It directly reduces your waist fat,butts,thighs and calves and makes it toned ,tight and sexy.Its an overall exercise for your lower body and a positive result it increases your stamina and gives you a strong and energetic legs


Squats- is a very beneficial exercise for your legs muscles,hips,butts as well as it helps in bone strengthening .


Workout Structure:
 4 set ,15- 20 reps
15-second breaks
How to do:keep your upper body in nice posture,your legs are open feet should be in angle of shoulders,chest must be out and shoulders are back,tight your butts.when you are going down your knees and feet are in the same angle keeps you head straight

prisoner squad jumps- is similar to normal squads but in addition, it has a jump when we are coming up while doing squats,which built a good pressure toe,thighs,calves,butt which makes it toned and tight


Workout Structure:
 3 set ,10- 15 reps
 20-second breaks
How to do:just do it like normal squats but put your hand cross behind your head,body formation is same chest is forward,shoulder is back,squee your back ,elbows must be back ,now go down like squad and then jump half and slowly while rising up
