30-second reps timing , 15-second break
Warm up and stretch your body before workout
How to do: again lie down on your back and bend your knees with flat feet,put your and towards your ear for supporting your head.Now while going upward twist your upward body slow move your right elbow toward left knee and then came back to normal state vice versa
